Promotional, sale items, jewelry, scarves, belts, hats, stationery, handbags and intimates are FINAL SALE.
Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by gift card will receive an exchange or issued a store credit in the form of a Couturist Gift Card. Cash will not be issued.
Couturist Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and may not be redeemed for cash.
Refunds and Processing
In the case of approved refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, keep in mind that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges for defective/damaged items
We are trying our best to satisfy every customer, so we guarantee that all items are sent to you in good condition. However, please check your items carefully once you receive the items, and please contact us at email@example.com within 2 days after delivery if defective/damaged items are found. We are not able to replace defective/damaged items if we don't receive your notice within 2 days after delivery.
Taxes and Other Charges
For US and International orders, we'd like to clarify that Couturist is not responsible for taxes and other charges incurred by the customs.
